Christina's Column - February 2010

Hello Everyone,
Happy Valentines Day to all. Pageant season has officially begun!

As always, the first pageant was Miss Gay Little Rock Arkansas
America, and what wonderful and talented contestants showed
up to compete for one of the oldest and most legendary preliminaries
to Miss Gay Arkansas America. After all the powder and paint cleared,
your new Miss Gay Little Rock Arkansas America 2010 was Morgan
McCall and 1st Alternate was earned by Deidra Windsor Walker.
I want to wish both of these girls the best of luck, as they are the
first two to qualify for Miss Gay Arkansas this year.

I want to thank Norman Jones, the owner of Pulse, for allowing the
Arkansas Alumni Committee to hold Miss Gay Little Rock Arkansas
America 2010 at his wonderful club. A special thanks also goes out
to the staff of Pulse, the judges, The Arkansas Alumni Committee and
an extra special thank you to Megan Michaels for making me feel so

beautiful with her unmatched makeup skills, Stephanie Richards for her help in making sure I was
completely ready for my first prelim, Kelly Cruise and Debbye Taunts for your help back stage and
making sure I was ready, dressed and able to administrate the pageant to the highest standards
that Miss Gay Arkansas America has come to be known for.

The next pageant will be Miss Gay Diamond Arkansas America held at Zack’s Place in Little Rock,
on Friday, March 19th. I look forward to seeing many friends and contestants there.

Then we will be having Miss Gay Arkansas Newcomer at Kinkead’s in Fort Smith, on April 24th.
Please contact Trent Thomas at Mgarn2000@gmail.com or myself for details.

Remember, my door is always open....and my phone is always on.
Much Love, Lip Gloss & Lashes,
