What a busy time of year for pageant season.
On May 8, Promoter Johnny Nunley held
Miss Gay Hot Springs
Arkansas America 2010 at Jester’s in Hot Springs. At the end
of the evening your winner was Raven Cassadine, and your 1st
alternate was Indonesia Cassadine. It was so good to perform
with Miss Gay Arkansas America 2008, Stephanie Richards, Miss
Gay Arkansas America 2004, Shanel Herrington, Miss Gay Hot
Springs Arkansas America 2006, Heaven Lee, Miss Gay Hot Springs
America 1985, Tish Lanae, Miss Gay Hot Springs Arkansas America
1983, celebrating her 25th anniversary, Nancy Dupree, and of
course your lovely Miss Gay Hot Springs Arkansas America 2009,
with a stunning give-up, Miss Mya Alexander.
We do have three Miss Gay Arkansas America 2010 prelims coming up in June.
We have Miss Fort Smith Arkansas America
on Saturday, June 5th at Kinkead’s, Miss Gay Capitol
City Arkansas America on Sunday, June 6th at Pulse in Little Rock, AR and
Miss Gay Fayetteville
Arkansas America on Friday, June 18th at Kinkead’s in Fort Smith, AR.
Girls... June will be a very busy month, so get ready now for the prelim of your choice.
June 13th to June 20th will be Little
Rock’s Gay Pride week staring with Miss Gay Pride at Pulse
and ending with the turn about show at Backstreet.
All contestants... as you prepare your
package this year for Miss Gay Arkansas America, please
remember to look over every detail and all categories and sub-categories to
ensure you have
the best package possible. Practice makes perfection. Have friends help you
do mock male
interviews and on-stage questions. Practice your evening gown modeling in
front of close friends
and in front of a mirror. The same goes for Solo Talent and Talent. PRACTICE
PRACTICE PRACTICE.
