Everyone,
As I prepare for Miss Gay America, I want to thank all of you for
your support and encouragement. All of you know how much
money and work can go into your package for a city, state and
national level pageant.
Many thanks to the Arkansas Alumni Committee for the mock
interviews and your help in preparing for Miss Gay America.
On October 23, UBU hosted a benefit to help with my Miss Gay
America expenses. I want to thank the former MGAR's who
performed that night...Stephanie, Megan and Kamrin. Also,
many thanks to my sister Tionne Iman and my drag daughter,
Brooklyn Bisette. Also in attendance were former MGAR's
Alexia Breckenridge and Kelly Cruise. Special thanks goes out
to Joy and the wonderful staff at UBU, as well as James Thweatt
for organizing the benefit. Thanks to the patrons for your support.
A big shout out goes to Michael Henderson
of SpeakEasy and the staff for the two wonderful
benefits that they hosted for my Miss Gay America venture. On October 14,
they hosted a
champagne tasting which everyone truly enjoyed.
I look forward to my trip to St. Louis and representing Arkansas well. I hope
to see many of
you at Miss Gay America. And as always, please remember that if you have any
